Talents Recruitment Fair

Over 100 top cartoon-animation enterprises will be at the venue to recruit talents. This will be special platform provided by the CICAF Organizing Committee for all participating enterprises and individual professional to conduct communication and negotiation. The goal is to encourage talents cultivation for the country’s cartoon and animation industry and provide a platform for companies at home and abroad to recruit truly qualified people.

A Brief Introduction of the Talents Recruitment Fair of the 7th China International Cartoon and Animation Festival.

The Talents Recruitment Fair of the 7th CICAF was held at the Leisure Expo Garden of Hangzhou at April 29, 2011. The venue was open for free for all participating companies to set up exhibition booths.

2009 Talents Recruitment Fair drew participation from over 60 cartoon and animation companies from all over the country. The fair saw participation from about 2,600 people seeking employment opportunities in over 1,000 positions covering all major aspects of the industry, including screenplay writing, modeling, animation and special effects. Nearly 500 applicants reached preliminary employment agreements with their future employers.

2011 Talents Recruitment Fair drew participation from over 60 cartoon and animation companies from all over the country. Nearly 1000 applicants reached preliminary employment agreements with their future employers.Registration in advance was the only requirement. This year’s fair was not only for cartoon and animation corporations. It also welcomed participation from game producers and the fast-growing innovative communities, and encouraged companies to offer more openings at all levels for talented professionals in mid-level and high-end management and marketing game production and for on-campus students as well as graduates.
