Opening Ceremony of CICAF

   The Opening Ceremony of CICAF highlights the characteristic of national culture, stresses the spirits of “grand, delicate and reciprocal”, integrates the original cartoon elements both internationally and domestically, perfectly combines professional exhibition and the reciprocal participation of the masses, the art quality and art contents, and reflects the symbiosis of cultural activities and entertainment. It is cartoon and animation that makes people happy and Joyful.

   The Opening Ceremony of the 3rd China International Cartoon & Animation Festival is held in the form of carnival parade which consists of opening performance and floats parade. The theatrical performance is divided into five parts: “Five-Happiness Welcome Guests”, “Fashion Tide”, “Colorful Cartoons”, “Harmonious World” and “Meet in Hangzhou”. The floats parade composed of 14 delicately-made floats covers three contents which are “Capital of Cartoons?Charm of Hangzhou ”, “Colorful Cartoons?Harmonious Life” and “Cartoon Festival?World Exposition”. There are more than 6000 performers participating in the whole carnival parade.
