The Largest Scale and the highest public feeling Expo in Asia in cartoon and film, cartoon publication and various types of cartoon products, CICAIE, is listed as one of eight key-supported cultural exhibition projects in the “Cultural Development Program of China in the 11th Five-Year Plan”. CICAIE is to promote the development of Chinese original cartoon and animation, enhance international exchange and cooperation, and propel the combination and development in different industrial chains in cartoon and animation industry.
CICAIE has been held for three sessions up to now, aiming at providing enterprises engaged in cartoon and animation with sources cooperation and the related service. It positively promotes the cooperation in products, technology, capital, talents, application, etc. in the industry, successively provides hundreds of enterprises with the service on cooperation and trade, positively contributing to the scientific allocation and the mobility of sources in the industry.
The 3rd China International Cartoon and Animation Industrial Exposition occupies an area of 46000 m2 with exhibition enterprises, medias, bases and colleges more than 280 in all, 1700 exhibition booths, 430,000 visitors, 60 project contracts and the total volume of business trade of 4.08 billion yuan.
