4th China International Cartoon & Animation Festival
International Animation Festival’s Hangzhou Summit Conference

   The summit conference of the International Animation Festival in Hangzhou, part of the 4th China International Cartoon & Animation Festival, is a seminar focusing on the history, status quo and future of the International Animation Festival, aims at the further development and more exchanges of the International Animation Festival between countries, and let the International Animation Festivals of different countries in the world develop hand in hand! In the course of the summit conference, we’d like to focus on studying the status quo of the International Animation Festivals in the 21st century and how to create a platform for cooperation among nations in the international cartoon festival field.

II. Background
   This event is one of the most important projects of the 4th China International Cartoon & Animation Festival, which is sponsored by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television of PRC and Zhejiang Provincial Government, organized by Hangzhou Municipal Government, Zhejiang Provincial Administration of Radio, Film and Television and Zhejiang Radio, Film and Television Group Corporation.

IV. Content for the Conference
   Study the current situation and future of International Animation Festival of all the countries in the world, constitute the “White Paper on International Animation Festivals in the 21st Century”, call on more exchanges and cooperation in the development of International Animation Festival of different countries in the world, as well as pronounce “Mutual Proclamation of International Animation Festivals”.The 4th China International Cartoon and Animation Industrial Expositions will be held at the International Cartoon Hall. It will create an environment for people to learn about different Animation Festivals and communicate with each other better.
