Summit Forum

The summit forum of China International Cartoon & Animation Industry is one of stationed key events of CICAF, sponsored by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television and Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government, organized by Hangzhou Municipal People’s Government, Zhejiang Provincial Administration of Radio and Television, and Zhejiang Radio and Television Group, which has be successfully held for 3 sessions.
In order to further improve special level of the summit forum of the 4th China International Cartoon & Animation Industry, the 4th forum will absorb the previous successful experience and invite the leading personality and first-rate masters with high standard, higher requirements and larger sight, to make groups dialogues and exchange involving cartoon and animation industrial financing, creation and issuance, as well as the development of its by-products; deeply explore the proper model for the development of China cartoon and animation industry; in the same time of promoting China cartoon to keep national characteristics, speed up the steps of integrating itself to the world system. The main forum will take the model of brand-new cross swords and living TV broadcast, the branch forum’s model of combing main speech and dialogue exchange, aiming to create a top forum with the first-rate in the country and well-known one in the world.
