Sponsored by the China State Administration of Radio, Film and Television Administrative Bureau and Zhejiang Provincial Government, and organized by Hangzhou Municipal Government, Zhejiang Radio and Television Bureau, and Zhejiang Radio and Televisioon Group, the China International Cartoon & Animation Festival (CICAF) has been held successfully in Hangzhou for a consecutive four years since 2005. The festival will be held again in Hangzhou for the fifth time from April 28 to May 3, 2010.
The CICAF Cartoon & Animation Summit Forum is one of the major professional-level activities during the festival. With four years’ experiences, the forum has become a first-class one of its kind and is gaining an international reputation.
